PuppyWorkday collects only the information needed to provide the service. This can include your account email, puppy profile, training goals, workday preferences, meeting information you choose to add, and training progress or feedback.
We use this information to create and adapt your training plan, save progress, operate your account, provide support, improve the product, and protect the service from misuse.
Payments are processed by Whop. PuppyWorkday does not store your full payment-card details. Whop may provide us with membership and payment-status information so we can determine whether your account has access.
We use service providers to operate PuppyWorkday, including Supabase for authentication/database services, Cloudflare Pages for hosting, and Whop for payments and membership management. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
You can update your puppy profile inside PuppyWorkday. For account or data requests, contact us through the PuppyWorkday support channel on Whop.
Do not submit medical records, passwords, financial account information, or other information that is not needed for PuppyWorkday to provide the service.
